Born on February 15, 1564, in Italy, Galileo Galilei was a mathematics professor who made pioneering observations of nature that have helped to shape our understanding of the universe. He constructed a telescope and observed that we have a sun-centered solar system. To celebrate this great achievement we invite you to spend a fun filled day of making your own discoveries!
