Where will I be sleeping?

Where will I be sleeping? Depending on the size of the group you will either be sleeping in a classroom or an exhibit. You may bring a sleeping pad with you.

What should I bring? Please refer to our What to Bring List!

Can I bring my laptop, tablet or electronic device? No.

Will I be fed? We will provide a late night snack and a continental breakfast.

Can I bring my own food? You may bring in your own food but we cannot provide a refrigerator, microwave or other kitchen related items.

Is there somewhere to buy food on site? Yes. The café is open during our standard hours.

Will I be able to go to the gift shop? Yes. The Starry Nights Gift Shop is open during our standard hours.

What will I do is telescope viewing is closed because the weather is bad? We will offer a planetarium movie in place of the viewing.

Can I bring alcohol? Alcohol is not permitted unless you have arranged something in advance with Chabot's Group Sales Coordinator.

Where do I park? There is plenty of free public parking lot at the museum.
