Program Details
Expand your universe with a full day at Chabot Space & Science Camp! While part-day options are available, our camp is a full-day experience consisting of:
- A morning class from 9am - 12pm
- A one-hour supervised lunch break
- An afternoon class from 1pm - 4pm
- Extended Care available from 8am - 9am and 4pm - 6pm
- Camp traditions and team-building activities throughout the day!
Lunch
We're thrilled to be working with Skyline Bistro to offer delicious daily lunches at camp. For just $30 (rising 3rd-5th graders) or $35 (rising 6th-7th graders) per week, your campers will receive an entree, a healthy side and a drink every day.
Sign up for lunch when you enroll or, to add lunch to your existing camp order, login to your account, click "Add Sessions" to the right of your camper's name, select Chabot Space & Science Camp and click the "Lunch" box for the session(s) in which you're currently enrolled.
PLEASE NOTE: Lunch is available for full weeks only and must be ordered online before camp begins. Please complete all lunch purchases and customization by 9am on the Thursday before your camp session begins.
Skyline Bistro
Skyline Bistro serves delicious food at Chabot Space & Science Center to hundreds of families all year long. Their chefs know what kids love to eat, and focus on healthy, local, organic ingredients wherever possible, with a goal of a zero-waste. To learn more, download a PDF sample menu.
Customizing Your Order
If you have already signed up for lunch, please use this form to customize daily lunch options for your camper. Make sure to fill out a separate order form for each week and each camper you have signed up for lunch.
If you do not customize your order before camp, your child will receive this pre-selected menu of lunches:
- Monday: Turkey & Cheese Sandwich
- Tuesday: Hotdog
- Wednesday: Pasta Marinara
- Thursday: Ham & Cheddar Sandwich
- Friday: Salami, Crackers, Olives & Yogurt
Pricing
- Save up to $20 per week when you register by April 1
- Full-day campers save $60
- Chabot members save up to $20 for a full day
- Refer a friend: $40 off for referring family and referred family

Financial Assistance
Galileo Learning is committed to making summer camp available to all children. The Galileo Financial Assistance Program awards financial assistance to families interested in attending our camps.

Referral Program
Camp is more fun with friends! Refer a first-time family to a Galileo camp and you'll each save $40! In addition to a discount and our sincerest appreciation, you'll receive a Buy 1 Get 1 Free pass to Chabot Space & Science Center, a free family pass to the de Young Museum, a General Admission Voucher to the Tech Museum and an exclusive discount to the Klutz online store. (To receive referral benefits, make sure your friend gives us your full name when they enroll.)

Refund Policy
At Galileo, we know summer plans can change. Our refund policy allows you to enroll in summer camp early without having to worry:
February 1 - March 30: Full refund minus $25 processing fee per class canceled
March 31 - June 1: Full refund minus a per class fee of $70
June 2 - August: No refunds of camp or extended care fees
Class Changes: $10 fee per class change starting March 31st
- This refund policy applies to all camp cancellations, regardless of your original enrollment date.
- All refunds will be credited via your original payment method.
- Camp fees are not refunded or prorated for days of camp missed due to illness or injury.
- Chabot Space & Science Camp has the right to cancel any class, in which case fees are 100% refundable.
