Every year Chabot helps support the fundraising efforts of hundreds of local and regional organizations by donating guest passes to our Center to be used as a raffle or other prize, or auction item. As a nonprofit organization we have established the following ticket donation guidelines:
- Your organization must be a nonprofit and must be using Chabot Space & Science Center tickets as a fundraising item.
- If your donation request is approved you will receive an electronic Certificate for 4 Admissions to Chabot (unless you specifically request a hard copy). In any publicity materials produced for your event we ask you to acknowledge us as "Chabot Space & Science Center" and if possible to include our logo (which will also be emailed to you) and our website url: www.chabotspace.org
- Donation requests are processed on the 1st Friday of the month preceding the month of your fundraising event. For example, for fundraising events in May, requests will be reviewed on the first Friday in April, so please plan to submit your request accordingly.
- Our on-line system enables us to respond to all requests, regardless of whether or not the request is approved, so please be patient - you will hear from us one way or another, usually at the beginning of the month preceding your event.
